Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorized, unless you have previously notified vip289 of unauthorized access.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify vip289 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any credits within it to any third party. Transactions between accounts are prohibited. Accounts may only be funded and withdrawn to payment methods registered in the same name as the account holder.

vip289 reserves the right to request supporting KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 25.000.000 per single transaction or Rp 100.000.000 per calendar month.
All Member balances, wagers, winnings, and promotional credits are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vip289 does not maintain accounts in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs associated with a Member's local banking arrangements are the Member's sole responsibility.
vip289 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotional page and these Terms, the promotional page terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. vip289 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including the right to exclude Members from specific promotions based on account history, wagering patterns, or detected bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings:
Bonus credits that have not been fully wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Member's account balance without notice. vip289 will not reinstate expired bonus credits under any circumstances.
All sports bets placed on the vip289 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules govern matters including the minimum number of legs required in a mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bet), the treatment of postponed or abandoned fixtures, the settlement of Asian handicap and voor bola (Indonesian handicap betting) markets, and the resolution of disputes arising from data-feed discrepancies.
In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Company's discretion. vip289 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of network instability, suspected match irregularity, or technical maintenance.

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw data. Results are final once published. Claims disputing a togel result must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw result being posted. vip289 does not accept responsibility for draw results originating from third-party lottery operators.
A wager is not confirmed until the Member receives an explicit confirmation notification. vip289 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds arising from a data-feed error, pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's balance in full. vip289 will not honor bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has concluded.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip289 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. vip289's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Member to their vip289 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction, that their account credentials are kept secure, and that they bet within their personal financial means. vip289 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling beyond what a Member can responsibly afford.
A Member may request the closure of their vip289 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
vip289 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to satisfy KYC requirements, or the Member's jurisdiction becoming a restricted territory. Where an account is closed for reasons other than Member misconduct, the Member's Real Money Balance will be returned to their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon account termination — whether initiated by the Member or vip289 — all unused Bonus Credits will be immediately forfeited. The Member's obligation to comply with these Terms in respect of any outstanding matter (including disputes, chargebacks, and fraud investigations) shall survive termination.
The collection, processing, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the vip289 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Any dispute between a Member and vip289 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents vip289 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
